COMES TO FUSE NOVEMBER 9 AT 12:30AM ET

Talking Metal co-host John Ostronomy was honored to have been asked by Glenn Hughes to join him, Paul Stanley, Bruce Kulick, and the Late Show Horns to perform the KISS classic "Detroit Rock City" with Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp band Kaiser Soze during their performance at the B.B. King Blues Bar and Grill in New York City.

BAM MARGERA TALKS CHILDREN OF BODOM

In light of Children of Bodom's participation in Bam Margera's BAM MARGERA PRESENTS…VIVA LA BANDS, VOL 2, Bam tells TalkingMetal.com, "I've loved these guys since the day I got trashed in a Helsinki alley with them. GUNS N' ROSES GUITARIST BUMBLEFOOT PERFORMS WITH ALLEN TOUSSAINT AT THE EDGE'S MUSIC RISING "ICONS OF MUSIC" AUCTION IN NEW YORK CITY

TalkingMetal.com reports that the April 21, 2007 Music Rising "Icons of Music" auction in New York City, which raised 2.4 million dollars for musicians who lost equipment in Hurricane Katrina, concluded with a performance by New Orleans R&B legend, Allen Toussaint, and Guns N' Roses guitarist, Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal.

The stand-out piece of memorabilia in the auction was Jimi Hendrix's 1966 Red Fender Mustang, which sold for $410,000. Other notable items were Music Rising co-founder, The Edge's 1975 Cream Gibson Les Paul Custom, a Gibson Music Rising Les Paul signed by the Rolling Stones, and Emeril Lagasse's signed green Baldwin R1 Artists Grand piano.

Additional event participants and attendees included U2's The Edge and Adam Clayton, model Christy Turlington, "Little Steven" Van Zandt of The Sopranos and the E-Street Band, former Viacom CEO Tom Freston, XM and Q104.3 FM DJ Eddie Trunk, Bald Freak Music CEO Q*Ball, Talking Metal podcast hosts Mark Strigl and John Ostronomy,and actress Gina Gershon.

Talking Metal has posted more never before seen photos of Anthrax members Scott Ian, Frankie Bello on the set of their favorite TV show, Battlestar Galactica. Ian and Bello are pictured with cast member, Tricia Helfer, this month's Playboy magazine covergirl, as well as cast members James Callis and Jamie Bamber.

New episodes of Battlestar Galactica return to the Sci Fi Channel on Sunday, January 20 at 10:00 PM.
